Order Delivery

Delivery of orders are subjected to:

Your address falling in the defined delivery area of the nearest restaurant.
The delivery address being mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in your area.
Availability of the restaurant online.
In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant locator, delivery of orders cannot be placed; However you may choose to pick up your order from the nearest PizzaToday India restaurant.
Your Order must have at least 1 pizza .
In case you only want to order Sides and beverages, the minimum bill must be 300/- or more (inclusive of taxes for delivery).
Buy 1 Pizza & Get 1 Pizza Free Offer not applicable on Regular Pizzas also Any side/dessert free offer is not applicable on Chicken Wings, Crispy Chicken Strips & Dips.

In case certain menu items are not listed in the menu page, the particular restaurant does not carry those items in the menu.
In case of non-availability of ordered product at the mapped restaurant, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed by the restaurant near you.
PizzaToday India holds the right to accept or reject any coupon without giving any reason whatsoever.
The coupons are valid for specified period only and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period.
The guest must handover the coupon which is entered in the coupon section while placing the order to the delivery person, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions for all coupons including printed, mobile and email coupons

Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offer / scheme.
Coupons are not applicable on Simply Veg / Simply Non Veg pizza, Beverages and Combo.
Please announce the coupon and coupon code to the order taker while placing the order.
All prices are exclusive of taxes.
Only one coupon is valid per order.
All coupons have limited validity.
Offer valid only in participating restaurants.

Modify / Cancel the Online Order

The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the restaurant.
However you can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.
In case the order which is paid through credit card is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by PizzaToday India restaurant. The same would reflect in the next credit card statement.

For Delivery minimum order should be of one Pizza or order value of 300/-( Inclusive of Taxes ). Limited area of delivery. Prices exclusive of all taxes. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Total amount rounded off to the nearest rupee. Service guarantee or free shall not be valid on bulk orders. Bulk Orders are orders for 5 or more baked products (including sides and/or Pizza). Maximum liability for PizzaToday India Pizza is 300. For Delivery minimum order should be of one Pizza or order value of 300/-( Inclusive of Taxes ). Limited area of delivery. Prices exclusive of all taxes. Prices subject to change without prior notice. 4. Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.). PizzaToday India does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. 30 minutes or free is not applicable when restaurant operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order. PizzaToday India reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation. delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on New Year eve, on Ganesh Festival, Christmas and Durga Pooja, the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery.

30 Minutes or Free Delivery Guarantee is not applicable on timed orders.

All Delivery ordering is applicable on orders received between 11 Am and 8 pm only.
Maximum Delivery area 6 . km from our store.
The night orders can be placed through PizzaToday India mobile app, online ordering through PizzaToday India website- www.PizzaToday.in or the centralized number only 08989586868 .
The Night Delivery ordering would be applicable on a minimum bill value of Rs.500 (inclusive taxes) at no additional cost.
offers/ promotions would be applicable on orders placed between 11:00am - 8:00pm.
Takeaway/Dine In is not allowed under All night delivery ordering.

Process of Online Ordering

You can place the order as a new guest or an existing guest.
If you wish to place order as a new guest, take the following steps -
Choose Pick Up option if you want to pick up the order from a nearby PizzaToday India restaurant
Choose Delivery option if you want to have your pizza delivered to a location
In restaurant locator select your delivery location from the drop down; fill in the house number and street in last two fields
Do not try to give an address which is not mapped in the locator. In such a case we will not be delivering to your address and your order will be cancelled.
In such a case the money will not be refunded by the restaurant. The address will be stored in your account and next time when you wish to place the order at the same address, you can just select the address. You can save up to 10 addresses in your account.
If you have placed an order before, you should choose to order as an existing guest. You have 2 options to log in
Mobile number and password. This password was sent to your mail id when you ordered last time. You may also use forgot password option. The password will then be send to your registered mail id.
Social Media Integration if you associated your mobile number with your Facebook or Yahoo account last time when you placed order, you can simply click on Facebook or Yahoo to log in.
Once after log in it will show you your previously saved address and saved orders
Choose Pick Up option if you want to pick up the order from a nearby PizzaToday India restaurant
Choose Delivery option if you want to have your pizza delivered to a location

You have a choice to add toppings to the pizza which will be charged extra as per the size
You can remove or replace toppings as per PizzaToday India predefined logic only.
The price of your section is displayed on the same page.
Click on add more pizza or proceed to sides to add this item to cart.
You can apply any discount coupon by clicking on coupon button in the cart
The coupon can be availed by entering the coupon code mentioned in the coupon
The coupon will only be applied if the conditions mentioned in the details of the coupons are met
You must handover the coupon which is entered in the coupon section while taking the delivery to the delivery person, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Once you have selected a pizza or combo you can then move to the next step of ordering a side through clicking on proceed to sides.
On the side page you can select sides & beverages and the quantity and then add to the cart
Click on confirm order button in the cart to move to order confirmation page
On this page you can edit your order type as well.
Enter your Name, Email address and mobile number here
You can also give a name to your order here for future reference.
Click Proceed to payment to make the payment
Here apart from cash on delivery you have option to pay by various means like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Mobile payment etc.
If you select cash on delivery, you will receive a IVR call on your mobile number for validation purpose
As per TRAI All telemarketing calls are to be scrubbed against national guest preference register (NCPR) database to be made from 140 xxx xxxx But as this call is consumer opted you will receive a call from a non 140 series irrespective of if you are registered in DND.
Just press 1 on your mobile to complete validation
Once you press 1 the phone will be disconnected and your order will be processed
In case of other payment options, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your transaction
Once your payment is successful your order will be processed
If your payment is not successful, you will be asked to try again If after 3 trials your payment is not successful, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page for you to choose some other payment option.
Upon successful placing of your order in the restaurant, you will land on the final page where you would receive your order number and bill details.
